Order Cancellation Policy

1. When You Can Cancel

You may request to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, provided that:

  • The order has not yet left our warehouse

  • Payment has been successfully processed

If your order has already entered the shipping or logistics process, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may use our Return Exchange Policy once the items arrive.


2. Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

Cancellation is not available for:

  • Orders that have already been dispatched

  • Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order furniture (unless faulty)

  • Orders affected by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

This does not affect your statutory rights if the items are faulty or misdescribed.


3. How to Cancel Your Order

  1. Your order number

  2. Proof of payment

  3. Reason for cancellation (optional, helps us improve)

  4. Your contact information

You will receive a confirmation of your cancellation request within 1–2 business days.


4. Refunds

Once a cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 1–3 business days

  • Depending on your bank, the amount may appear in your account within 5–10 business days

If a delay occurs, simply contact us with your order number and payment receipt, and we will track your refund for you.


5. After Dispatch

If your order has already been dispatched:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible

  • You may return the item after delivery under our Return Exchange Policy

  • Any eligible refunds for faulty or misdescribed items will be processed according to UK law
